A development in partnership between the Community Development Foundation, Partnerships Online and the National Rural Enterprise Centre. This US site features a range of initiatives on the information and communications front. In particular there is material dealing with such policy issues as community health needs, democratic participation, and access to the arts. The Benton organisation sees itself as working "to realize the social benefits made possible by the public interest use of communication".

The site of an organisation sponsored by the Community Development Foundation and the Library Association. Its stated aims are to: 
• build a sustainable community of women's organisations and resource contacts who are working in diverse communities and fields 
• enable women's organisations to use and shape the Internet to benefit women.

This is the European site of the Information Society Project Office. It offers valuable access to news of community networking across the continent.
