The idea of a Centre Website first came up when we did our Internet training at Shipley College in '98. Although we had the page on the Shipley Communities Online site, real ownership of our page was important. Mark Blackburn and I went on the Web site training at TAP in February '99 and our Windhill site was the first of the project to go 'live'.

From that first page we added our link to the Windhill IT Day and to the Windhill Memories Group. Our Annual Report is now live and we are preparing to add information to some of the pages including the Advice Service and the Homework Club. It is still exciting and very much a case of 'watch this website'!
